Customer Service Manager / Shipping Clerk for Online Shop (m/f/d)

As an employee (m/f/d) in customer service, you can contribute to our success.

  • Picking our small gifts and cards

  • Be the first point of contact for our JoliCoon customers, receive customer inquiries by email or phone and clarify them

  • Responsible for handling complaints and returns and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners

  • Continuously develop the quality of our customer communication

  • Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and summarize them to derive actions

  • Help manage the Help & Customer Service area on JoliCoon and our platforms

This is what you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable experience

  • Professional experience in customer service and mail order is an advantage

  • Enjoyment in dealing with our customers as well as empathy and a friendly demeanor

  • A structured and team-oriented way of working combined with high quality standards for one's own work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a high level of service orientation

  • Good knowledge of German and English rounds off your profile, knowledge of Italian, French and Spanish is an advantage but not required

  • Solid MS Office skills, affinity for Internet technologies

  • A lateral entry under the conditions listed above is no problem.
