Management assistant (m/f/d) - full-time

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • As an assistant, you will support the management in all administrative and organizational matters - always with an eye on potential for improvement
  • The handling of correspondence and the structured filing of documents is a matter of course for you
  • You make sure to answer the questions and requests of our customers from over 20 countries
  • Support for new products such as product photography, image editing with Canva and Adobe, writing product descriptions
  • Writing blogs for our website
  • Help with the redesign and construction of our website and online shop
  • Maintenance of our social media channels (optional)
  • You support us in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed your training and have some professional experience.
  • A secure handling of the Microsoft Office products is fundamental for you.
  • You are interested in doing marketing and product design in over 20 countries, you are unerring on social media and ideally multilingual.

 

Working student job graphic design media e-commerce (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You make sure to answer the questions and requests of our customers from over 20 countries.

  • Support for new products such as product photography, image editing with Canva and Adobe, writing product descriptions

  • Writing blogs for our website

  • Development of a social media strategy, creation of articles and maintenance of our social media channels (optional)

Requirements:

  • You are looking for a part-time job (1-3 days per week) and you are currently studying.

  • You are characterized by a confident handling of Microsoft Office products.

  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.

  • You work independently, structured and are committed to your job.

Working time: 1 to 3 days a week. We are flexible with regard to the exact number of hours.

Customer support e-commerce (m/f/d) - part-time 20 hours per week / remote / home office

As an employee (m/f/d) in customer service, you can contribute to our success.

Your mission:

• Be the first point of contact for our JoliCoon customers, take customer inquiries by email or telephone and clarify them
• Be responsible for processing complaints and returns and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
• Continuously improve the quality of our customer communication
• Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and summarize them to derive actions
• Assist in managing the Help & Customer Service area on JoliCoon and our platforms

What do you bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable experience
• Experience in customer service
• Pleasure in dealing with our customers as well as empathy and a friendly demeanor
• A structured and team-oriented way of working combined with high quality standards for one's own work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a high level of service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English completes your profile, knowledge of Italian, French and Spanish is an advantage
• Solid MS Office skills, affinity for Internet technologies
